By requesting a quotation or engaging with pallets.ug, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are based on the specifications provided by the customer. Prices may vary depending on availability, condition, dimensions, and delivery location. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until accepted and confirmed by both parties.

3. Delivery and Acceptance

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible. Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the pallets to ensure they meet the agreed specifications.

4. Liability

pallets.ug ensures pallets are inspected before dispatch. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper use, handling, or overloading of the pallets by the customer.
